Daniel Fitzgerald - Beverage Program Development

Having spent the last 25 years in the food and wine world, Mr. Fitzgerald is currently manager of The Austin Wine Merchant, a small retail wine boutique in downtown Austin, where he coordinates purchasing, sales, events and education. He has served as sommelier, manager, and beverage program director at some of the finest restaurants and hotels in the country, including James Beard-award winning Charlie Trotter's in Chicago and The Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.


Mr. Fitzgerald brings to Greenman a passion to create, equip and lead teams to develop world-class beverage programs for their new business concepts. His expertise in the industry ranges from R&D and buying to business operations and staff development.
