T. Marshall Jones was born in Houston TX in 1968 and later moved to Austin in 1987 where he attended the University of Texas at Austin studying Psychology and English. Mr. Jones grew up in the food business working as a dishwasher, busboy, waiter and caterer ultimately managing several restaurants which later led to over 10 years working in the wine business in both retail and wholesale capacities. After eight years as a Private Wealth Manager, Mr. Jones served as the Executive Director of the Wine and Food Foundation of Texas and stays active in the food and wine community currently serving as the Vice Echanson for the Austin Balliage of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.
Mr. Jones is very active in his community and currently serves, or has served, on numerous Boards including Austin Involved, Ballet Austin, the Downtown Austin Alliance and Ending Community Homelessness Coalition. Mr. Jones is a member in good standing of the Austin Club, Austin Involved, La Chaine de Rotisseurs and the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association.
